firefish

The firefish (orange) is one of the hybrids.  Different color variants such as the dragonblood (red) and strawberry (pink) saffron (yellow) and dragonblood blue morph all come from the same cross between the hansbaenschi (red shoulder peacock) and the malandia estharae (red zebra mbuna)  They can be excessively aggressive.  For this reason it is best to keep them in a set of 3 or more to help create a group heirarchy separate from the rest of the fish in the tank.
