Aulonocara Chipoka

The Aulonocara chipoka (aulonocara stueartgranti malerie chipoka) are the base for the rubesence red peacocks.  German breeders line bred this wild example for certain characteristics to stand out over several generationg from these fish.  If want to put a piece of Malawi in your tank this is excellent fish.  They are a fairly calm species but can be aggressive towards conspecific species and will get to be the average size as far as peacocks go which is 5-6 inches.
