Guarantee on Animals purchased in store: Aquatic animals (fish, snails, shrimp, etc)-We will offer a 50% refund on any aquatic animal returned within 24 hours. In addition to the animal, we request a water sample be brought in a separate container. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the requirements of the animal prior to purchase and have an appropriately cycled setup for them. We take great effort in our quarantine process to make sure we are sending healthy animals out the door. All animals will have spent a minimum of 2 weeks in our care prior to sale. If you have any questions on care of your animal, please ask before purchase. If we are not open the following day within your 24-hour period, you may email us a video and/or photos of the dead fish. Any response after the 24 hours is void of guarantee. Reptiles/Amphibians- We will offer a 50 % refund on any reptile/amphibian returned within 7 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they have the appropriate set up for each animal. Animals must be returned within the 7 days or guarantee is void. Isopods and other critters unless noted above- All sales are FINAL. No Returns or refunds. Our Shipping policies: ~Southwest cargo and delta cargo- must be picked up within 2 hours of ready for pickup. Any DOA needs a clear video (and/or picture if requested) in the unopened bag. In the case of multiple DOA please have them in the same shot. Full refund of the fish and portion of the shipping cost will also be refunded. (Total shipping cost ÷ number of fish= shipping refund amount per fish), Once bag is open, it is customer's responsibility to make sure fish is in proper environment. ~All other carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx)- Customer must provide video (pictures if requested) of unopened bag (multiples in same shot) within 2 hours of first delivery attempt full refund of the DOA fish. No refund on shipping costs. As the seller, we are not responsible for delay, loss or damage by the carrier. We are not responsible for incorrect address provided at checkout, so please verify that is correct before submitting. ~We understand that cargo pickup can be a hassle for some people, so we have the option for the other carriers. We also have a 2.5-hour drive to make Southwest cargo drop off. We strongly recommend cargo though as it is significantly more reliable, and faster which leads to less time spent in the bag for the fish. We encourage cargo shipping by refunding portions of shipping in the rare occasion there is a DOA. *All large and Jumbo males MUST be shipped via cargo. *No shipping of reptiles or other live animals Dry goods-all dry goods are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please reach out to us with any shipping issues as soon as you receive the order. Some items such as substrate or other heavy items are available for in store pickup ONLY and will be noted on the items page.
